Material processing can be supported through the rapid batch line for heat sensitive and exothermic processes.

Constructed in stainless steel with vessel size ranging from 1000-5000 litres, this integrated unit is designed to minimise residence times in processing of both heat sensitive and reagent sensitive compounds.

Highly exothermic processes can be efficiently controlled in this in-house designed capability.

It is another manufacturing aid that facilitates optimum process handling at early stage material scale up.
